Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

  • Return Authorization: A return goods authorization (RGA) must be requested for approval prior to return. GrillaGrills.ca may deny a return at its sole discretion.
  • Timeframe: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.
  • Receipt: Returns must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Refunds: Once inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping Costs: We do not offer refunds on shipping costs except in certain circumstances. Please contact us for more details.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Special Orders: These are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Items must be unused and in original packaging, returned within 30 days.
  • Final Sale & Clearance: These items are non-returnable. All sales for these items are final, and they cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us right away so we can send a replacement.
  • If damage from delivery is discovered after the order has been accepted, you must contact us within 3 days.
  • If the item is found to be defective before use, contact us and we’ll arrange a return or replacement.

Refunds:

  1. Return Authorization: Once your return is authorized and accepted, we will await the arrival of the returned item.

  2. Item Inspection: Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was shipped.

  3. Refund Processing: After confirming the item meets our return criteria, we will process the refund back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  4. Refund Timeline: This process typically takes 3-5 business days. However, please note that some refunds may take longer depending on the processing time of the customer's creditor or bank.

How to Return

  1. Ensure the item is unused and in original packaging.
  2. Contact us to initiate the return.
  3. Include the receipt.
  4. If the item was damaged or shipped incorrectly, we will provide a return label. For other returns, customers cover return shipping costs.
