Pellet grills are great for smoking. Our Grilla, Chimp, and Silverbac models can cook low and slow and really crank up the smoke on a turkey, rack of ribs, or just about anything else you want to smoke.
Technically yes, but we highly suggest using 100% Natural Lump Charcoal. Lump charcoal burns hotter and cleaner than briquettes and contains no chemical additives. Plus, it produces less ash for easy clean-up.
Yes, the Grilla and new Silverbac models have a pellet dump. Pellets can be left in the hopper for up to two months as long as they do not become wet.
Ideal smoke is thin, wispy, and blue. If you aren’t seeing big clouds of smoke, check that you’re using high-quality pellets without fillers. The cleanliness of your fire pot also affects smoke production. When cooking at temperatures over 250ºF, you’re more in the grilling range than smoking.
We cut out the middleman so you can get a high-quality grill directly from us. All of our grills and accessories are available for order online.

The Silverbac has a "barrel" shape, providing a large cooking surface and a chimney for convection. The Grilla has a unique round shape and a swinging lid to minimize heat loss. Both deliver excellent convection heat, but the Grilla’s design offers a unique smoky flavor.
Clean your grill after every use with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive cleaners or pads. For more specific instructions, consult your grill’s manual.
Smoking involves cooking at low temperatures (less than 250°F) for several hours. Once set, you can relax as your grill does all the work.
Set your grill to the desired temperature, just like a convection oven. Then bake for the same time you would in a regular oven.
Visit our Service Parts page to request a replacement part. Have your grill model number, serial number, and part ID from your manual ready.
A pellet grill uses wood pellets to generate heat and smoke. The pellets are fed into a burn pot, where they ignite and cook your food using convection heat.
