  2. Slice your cooked bacon into bite sized pieces, then set it aside with the pepperoni for now.
  3. Now it’s time to make our cheese blend, for every 1C. of mozzarella add 1Tbsp. grated parmesan.
  4. Mix your cheese thoroughly then set it aside until ready to use.
  5. Spread your pizza dough into a large rectangular shape.
    1. The goal is for it to be roughly 1” thick throughout.
  6. Lay down a light layer of pizza sauce across the entire surface of the dough, followed by a layer of cheese.
  7. Now layer bacon and pepperoni on top of that, feel free to add a little extra cheese on top of the meat if you please.
  8. Next, starting from the bottom, roll your pizza dough.
    1. When finished you should have a long tube of rolled dough and toppings.
  9. Starting from one end, begin slicing 2” pieces off the pizza tube.
  10. Keep going until you’ve finished the entire thing, laying the pinwheels flat as you cut them.
  11. Set your Pie-Ro Pizza Oven to 500 degrees.
  12. Place your pinwheels on your pizza pan with enough space for them to expand without touching each other.
  13. Grate a small amount of Pecorino Romano cheese over the top of each pinwheel.
  14. Place your pizza pan with your pinwheels on it into the Pie-Ro Pizza Oven.
  15. Allow the pinwheels to roast in the oven, keeping an eye on them to ensure they don’t burn.
  16. After you notice cheese begin to bubble out and brown on the top, and the sides have also browned, the pinwheels are ready to remove. It can take anywhere from 5-12 minutes depending on the thickness of your pinwheels.
  17. Allow the pizza pinwheels to cool briefly, then serve and enjoy!
